My husband and I have been playing this game for a couple of years now and have always really enjoyed it, however, he is on level 5000 plus and I am on about 4500 and we have now reached the point where we are going to delete. As time has gone on all the good points have been withdrawn and the challenges made harder and harder. The latest round of build your dreams no longer gives you diamonds for completing levels, this means unless you make purchases it is impossible to gain the required diamonds to stay in the lounge, once out of the lounge you lose all the benefits. Minimum bets are unrealistic for challenges when you just don’t get features to gain any funds back. It is all take take take unless you spend money. Even then in order to get any reasonable number of coins to meet the challenges you would need to be spending £100 or more. My advice, just don’t bother!!!

When I first downloaded this game I thought it was totally amazing that the game was gonna keep you in cash and i was going to pay for all the side bits monthly chests dice et cetera then very quickly the whole game turned round and everything was tweaked putting limits on what you can get in a chest taking the lounge diamonds from the houses adding more and more stamp books harder to achieve whole collections hardly ever get a new stamp harder and harder missions they say it’s a matter of luck I don’t understand how I can be lucky for the first six months of playing the game and then just turn to hard to getting bonuses hard to getting free spins just whittling away the money I had 52,000,000,000,006 months ago every time I go in at just takes takes takes until now I’ve got 2 trillion and I can’t make it up anywhere else cause I’ve tweaked everything probably most people that play the game have time on their hands and not a lot of money and it’s really sad that they can’t be entertained for a few pounds has just got to money grabbing it’s such a shame as me and husband and friends would play for years if we was trapped fairly my money is just about to run out and I will be deleting the game.

Game makers got greedy
I had been playing this app for about 2 months and found there was a lot to keep you interested, I managed to reach level 666 but that seemed to be the kiss of death for me. After the most recent game update the slots just stopped paying out and every quest or challenge asks you to win free games but the slots just refuse to give free games, you end up losing billions of coins and if you eventually get free games you win less than 100 million coins back. Today I lost 35 billion coins at 10 million per spin trying to complete a daily challenge and yes you guessed it I never got free games once. This trend has been increasing daily since the last update and looks like not only continuing but getting worse day by day. Also I saw the same person win 10 jackpots worth over 1000 trillion within a space of less than 1 minute which by my reckoning was down to the person hacking the game and cheating their way to winning those jackpots. If the game is punishing legit players with massive losses to offset the gigantic wins of hackers then this game will go downhill very quickly. Needless to say I lost all my coins and will not be purchasing more as I am deleting the app after this review. My advice is to play as a free player and don't make ingame purchases or you will end up feeling like you have been raped of your hard earned cash.

Don’t waste your time
The game itself is great and very addictive and they prey on your addiction. Ive played this game allot and kept my patience ive even spent some money and lets just say its very fixed and not in your favour. You can delete the game and upon return you will win allot but then it will make you lose it all. They also have allot of other games out there same developers but they are all called different titles. Its riddled with offers on so called deals to get you to spend and you will always lose. Its a shame but ultimately its lining their pockets and its disgusting that they get away with it.
They will also reply to this review with the same response as always and it will go something along the lines of.. winning depends on good decisions and playing games at the perfect time ect.
Delete the game and return collect a few billion coins and go spin and win everytime they lose the lot ive done this loads of times. Im done with the game now its a waste of time and untrusted. The more you play the worse you’re treated
I have been playing this game for 2.5 years and I’ve noticed that the more you play the more they make you pay & the game becomes impossible to play. When you first start the mission pass is £5 and this goes up to £20. When you try and get the multiplier you get 3-days normally but I only got 24-hours and was reset at 12 midnight every day even after I lost 8 trillion getting it. My wife’s bar goes up to 200 and mine didn’t. When you try and get the level express you have to bid very high and you lose trillions to get the rewards. If you want to unlock the reward bar on a game you have to bet 30 billion a go which makes you lose all your money. To unlock the grand on any game I have to bet 80 billion a go which make me lose all my money. You cannot win any of the weekly challenges as you have to bet so much money to get the challenge points I would run out of money before coming anywhere near completing it. You would think that for long term players they would be rewarded for their loyalty but this is not the case. I used to love playing this game but now there is no point and I’m losing my money pot every day I play.

So the games are interesting, quirky compared to normal slot apps, but - this app is wholly designed to make you spend as much of your own money as you can and give you the odd boost of their virtual coins, but mainly wanting you use your own. When you open the app, you have about 17 different things pop up trying to trick you into buying something - ‘Click here for up to 360% more coins’ - clicks button - Apple Pay screen pops up asking you to spend money. Upgraded me to ‘diamond lounge’ - gave me lots of different things to achieve so I spent about 2.7 billions coins achieving them all and then out of nowhere locked it up again because I didn’t have enough in the bank to have access to the lounge anymore even though I completed the tasks 😂 so stupid. Plus, when you go back to the actual real world you live in, 30 seconds after closing the app notification after notification after notification saying ‘claim your free turbo reward’, you click it and it’s actual buy your own reward. It’s a fun app, but bloody annoying and I’d say unless you are glued to your phone, don’t get because you’ll delete within a day believe me.

Fun for the year or two I played….
Got up to 3 trillion, slowly went down to 1.4 trillion with no wins or bonuses. I’m in the process of going to zero on 2 billion bets because the algorithm is making it boring to drain my chips. Going to delete when I get to zero. BUT…for the year or two I played to amass all those coins it was really fun. I bought the mission pass a couple of times and that enhanced the game with all the side stuff (in reality I never really won anything big in the actual slot game, I think my biggest slot win was 400billion, I got all my coins from the mission pass). Shame it finished like this as I would have probably bought more mission passes. I liked winning, it is just a game. I can’t see why players can’t just keep winning. But I’m sure there is a reason. Absolute thieves
Game continually updating and stealing a lot of the things you pay for. You should also be prepared to spend loadsa money if you want to get anywhere and then you'll end up losing stuff if you stop spending. Customer support? Never heard so much crap in my life. They are never bothered and frequently end chat/conversation without sorting out issues.
I believe apple should look into a game that is designed to rip you off
